In addition to watching our training videos and accessing in-app help, subscribers can email questions using the contact details on the “Contact Us” page of this website.  If you have suggestions on what additional training videos you would like, we would love to hear from you.  In order to allow us to maintain a low monthly subscription fee there will be no free telephone support.

Your data is backed up automatically every day to a secure server.  Export customer database to CSV was introduced late 2017. Entire personal database backup is something that has been discussed and will perhaps be a feature in the next release.
